  培养目标

   本专业培养适应社会主义市场经济建设需要,德、智、体、美全面发展,具备工商管理的基本理论知识,具备从事管理的基本能力,掌握管理基本方法与技术,具有创新精神和实践能力,面向企业、事业单位以及政府部门从事管理以及教学、科研服务的应用型专业人才。

专业特色

   本专业融知识传授、能力培养、行业认知和素质提高为一体,强调从创意创新到创业的创新体系培养,全面推行“知识-能力-行业”(Knowledge, Capability,Industry,简称KCI)的创新人才培养模式,使学生在调研中深化行业认知,在研究中提高综合能力,全面提升学生的实践创新能力和就业竞争力,拓宽其职业发展空间。本专业属于江苏省级特色专业,依托于企业管理省级重点学科和省级教学实验示范中心,建有工商管理中央与地方共建实验室,科研力量雄厚。

主干课程

   管理学、政治经济学、微观经济学、宏观经济学、经济法、管理信息系统、市场营销、统计学、会计学、财务管理、组织行为学、产业组织理论、人力资源管理、运营管理、公司战略管理、物流与供应链管理、货币银行学、管理运筹学、创业管理等。

就业方向及趋势

   本专业毕业生可到外资企业、国有企业、银行、民营企业等企事业单位从事企业管理工作,到政府部门或其他机构从事管理以及教学、科研服务。近年来,本专业毕业生就业单位多为国有企业、银行、政府等单位,部分学生考取研究生继续深造,就业率高,就业趋势良好。


Training objectives

   This major aims to provide graduates who are virtuous and intelligent, and fit the need of the development of socialist market economy. Students are trained with management theories, methods and techniques. They are creative and armed with management capabilities, which make them suitable for positions in enterprises and government departments, as well as the jobs such as teaching and researching. 

Characteristics

   This major focuses on improving students’ knowledge and capability relied on the system of “from knowledge to capability, and then to industry (KCI)”. The system enlarges students’ career opportunities and enhances their creativity and competitiveness by deepening industry cognition in investigation and improving comprehensive ability in research. Management is an advantaged major with plentiful resources, such as management laboratory supported by central and local governments, and strong research teams.
