      本专业培养适应社会主义市场经济建设需要,德、智、体、美全面发展,具备人力资源管理理论及其相关法律法规知识及具体操作能力、同时兼具经济、管理、财会、贸易、财政等方面的基础知识和基本能力的应用型人才。

 专业特色

   2.模块化的课程设计以及完善的课内外的实习、实践与实训活动,使学生能够熟练掌握人力资源管理专业各方面的操作与实务技能。中央支持地方院校建设的“三创教育实验与训练基地”将为本专业提供更大的实验和实训平台。

    3.具有一支管理实践经验丰富的师资队伍。人力资源管理专业教师具有丰富的现代化企业实际管理经验,有丰富的管理咨询经验老师。本专业老师具有教练式的教育能力及系统培训模式。

    4.课程设置广泛而深厚,这将使得本校人力资源管理专业学生具有宽泛深厚的学科结构,为厚积薄发打下坚实的基础。

   管理学、微观经济学、宏观经济学、管理信息系统、统计学、会计学、财务管理、市场营销、人力资源管理(双语)、组织行为学、组织设计与工作分析、绩效管理、薪酬管理、人员测评与甄选、员工培训、劳动关系学、公司战略管理、职业生涯管理等。

就业方向及趋势

   学生毕业后可从事各类企事业单位、政府和公共部门、各类非赢利组织的人力资源管理的研究、策划、组织和实施工作以及一般科研工作,也可继续深造攻读硕士或出国深造。

Training objectives

   This major aims to provide graduates who are virtuous and intelligent, and fit the need of the development of socialist market economy. Students are trained with HR theories and practical skills, as well as basic knowledge of Economics, Management, Finance and trade.
